We are happy to provide School and Sports Physicals as a part of your child's annual wellness check.
Young Pediatrics and the AAP recommend annual preventative health visits for all children. During those visits, we will assess all aspects of your child's health, including physical and emotional wellness needed for safe and healthy participation in school and sports.
Young pediatrics does not endorse minute clinics or urgent care for school or sports physicals, nor do we endorse vaccination at national drug store chains. Your child's medical home is the BEST place for ALL preventative health care!

Sports Physicals are valid for 13 months, so it's convenient to get this at your annual well visit with your provider!
School Physical Forms are needed for Kindergarten, 6th, and 9th grade, and any time you change school districts. We will share them to the portal after your visit
