After-Hours Care

If your child’s illness or injury is life-threatening, call 911.

For urgent matters that cannot wait until business hours, call 800-974-3010 to be connected to a pediatric-trained triage nurse. We utilize the St. Louis Children’s Hospital After-Hours nurse line. They will be able to help you with most of your needs, but can also reach a provider if indicated. 

We are open M-F from 8:30-5pm and select Saturday mornings during the school year. During business hours please call the office with urgent questions. You can send portal messages for non-urgent questions and medication refills, and they will be answered during office hours. Please be aware that portal messages are not alerts and we will not get them until the office is open. You can self-schedule appointments at any time, day or night, at your convenience via the patient portal. When it’s on your mind, quickly get it scheduled!
